The NEO Youth Elite National Showcase will take place on June 24th-25th in Garfield Heights Ohio. Last years event was sold out with over 400 3rd – 8th graders attending. This year looks to bring much of the same, with great young talent coming from all over the country.

Last year some of the elite talent included Kyree Walker, Cameron Byers and Jordan Toles. All three whom are attending elite high schools this year and have legit aspirations to become productive division I players.
This year some of the big name talent in the building will include Zion Harmon, Meechie Johnson, Michael Salter and many, many more.
Harmon, Johnson and Salter are three of the older players attending this event and are preparing for their high school careers. Their talent is very well known already and it will be fun watching them add more highlights to their mixtapes.
What makes this event one of the best middle school basketball events in the country is the number of underclassmen in attendance. While watching the 8th and 9th graders ball out is always fun, it is interesting to see what youngsters stand out amongst the crowd. It is a great event for younger players to grow and be fairly evaluated on their talent.
Youth1 will be releasing spotlight articles on players attending this event until the 24th. Let us know if you are attending and let us know if you are interested in being featured.
