After logging into your account, click on the “My Account” drop down tab located at the top right of your screen, next to your username and click on the “Account Settings” tab. From this page you’ll be able to view and your accounts current membership status. To cancel a your premium membership, select the “Cancel Subscription” link in grey listed to the left of any active premium memberships to begin the cancellation process.

Once a subscription plan has been purchased we are unable to offer any refunds. Refunds are strictly company policy and any such claims will be reviewed for consideration by company management who reserves the right to grant or deny such claim.
After logging into your account select the “Go Premium” option in orange located at the bottom of the Membership Options drop down menu. From here, you’ll be brought to a screen that will allow you to select a new membership plan.
To log into your account go to the Youth1.com home page and at the top of your screen to the right click on the “Login” button. Please be aware that our system is case sensitive so both your username and password must be entered exactly as they appear in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately once an account is created, your username cannot be changed or altered.

If you have purchased a Premium Membership Plan or have registered for a Player Profile and are unable to access your account within 24 hours, please send a “Requesting for Assistance” email firstname.lastname@example.org, which should include your username.
Visit https://youth1.com/badges to view a list of the current badges we have available on our website. Most badges are added automatically as your athlete attends events and/or fills out their player profile. Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know if any of these badges apply to your athlete and we'll work to have them added to their player profile.
To edit an athlete’s player profile, log into your account as you normally would and at the top of your screen, under the "Athletes" tab, you'll find a "My Profile" link. This link will bring you through the editing pages for your player profile.
After registering for a Premium Membership Plan, you will have immediate access to all of our premium content.
Youth1.com’s premium content is only available to members who have registered for Premium Membership plan.
