This past weekend in Murrieta, California some of the west coast's best young football players came out to compete at first event of the Diamond Sports Group's D1 Savage Series.
These athletes came to Southern California to compete and get better as they got the opportunity to learn from some of the country's best youth football coaches.
As a part of the event, Youth1 (in partnership with Zybek Sports) was in the building to test participants athletic abilities with our Y1ACT. The Y1ACT is a great way for youth athletes to get NFL style combine testing.
For those unfamiliar, The Y1ACT is a universal combine test with standardized measurements across key athletic performance metrics. The ACT stands for, Athletic Competency Test.
Participating athletes were tested in the following drills:
- 40 Yard Dash
- 5/10/5 (Pro Agility)
- 3 Cone (L-Drill)
- Broad Jump
- Vertical Jump
Over 200 athletes were tested in Murrieta, CA this past weekend with the athletes eager to see how they matched up against their peers.

The next Y1ACT will be held at the second D1 Savage Series event in Virginia Beach, VA on May 25-28.
