2025 QB Luke Carney recently received his 2nd offer from Toledo. Carney, who's been a Youth1 Member since the 4th grade, has been a standout QB at every level.
He's currently the star QB of the Dallas Christian Chargers.
Carney has been named to our Next Up Watchlist as a 7th grader, Elite101 as an 8th grader, Freshman450 as a 9th grader, and Sophomore Spotlight 200 as a 10th grader.
"I feel really fortunate to receive an offer from the University of Toledo. They had an amazing season last year, winning the Mid-American Conference Championship as well as their bowl game," Carney told Youth1.com.
"Also, I am really impressed by the number of players they've had drafted into the NFL," he added.
Carney has built a reputation for his playmaking ability from the QB position. He's known for his strong arm, accuracy, and leadership. He's become one of the premier QBs in the 2025 class.

I've told anyone that would listen that Carney is a top tier QB. It's about time everyone starts to see what we at Youth1 have seen for some years now.
"Coach Weiner was genuine and understands my strengths as a QB, but also knows that my best football is ahead of me. He has done an excellent job of developing dual threat QBs and I fit their system well," Carney said.
"I can’t wait to visit their campus and learn more about their program."
