Zaire Wade is one of the most high profiled basketball prospects in recent memory. The hype started when Zaire was in middle school and has continued to grow each year as he gradually continues to improve. Much of the hype revolves around his last name; Zaire is the son of Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade.
Growing up in the shadow of your father can make it difficult to create your own path, many people judge you simply by your name for better or worse.
Zaire has done an amazing job at turning heads with his game first and name second. The 6’2 point guard is the complete package with his ability to score from anywhere on the court combined with elite athleticism. He recently put on a shooting display at the 2018 Pangos All American Camp in front of multiple NBA Scouts. This summer is shaping up to be big for Zaire, he visited Michigan State earlier this year and is expected to be flooded with division I offers over the summer.
Zaire is only 16-years old but it certainly looks as if he is going to follow his fathers footsteps and play division I basketball at the college level.
