The 2018 MSHTV Camp took place this past weekend in Westfield, Indiana with talent on full display everywhere.
Two of the most anticipated players attending the camp were Elijah Fisher and Mikey Williams. Both players are top prospects in the class of 2023 and attract national attention whenever they play.
To say both possess an incredible amount of talent for young players would be an understatement. Fisher and Williams both have the elite size and athleticism, which draw the attention of scouts, coaches and fans from all around the country.
Heading into the camp Williams was thought to be more of a complete player with the skill to match his athletic ability. He most definitely lived up to that hype showcasing his dribbling, shooting and overall basketball I.Q.
Fisher was thought to be more of a “raw” prospect and is definitely still raw in some aspects. However he showed that he could not only compete with the best but made a case for top player himself. When it comes to driving to the basket Fisher is almost unstoppable, this has always been the strength of his game. When matched up against Williams Fisher stepped his game up to another level, he competed on defense and showed some finesse on offense.
It was a remarkable performance by both young athletes reassuring that the hype is real and both make a great case for the number one ranking in their class.
