Epitome of Excellence, Inc. is a non-profit youth track club based out of Jacksonville, FL coached by Reginald McCray and assisted by Venetta Oglesby. Epitome promotes an environment that encourages full personal development of its student athletes. The organization puts a big emphasis on their athlete's scholastics academics and behavior as well as their athletic abilities. The coaches are dedicated to developing synergy between the academic and athletic abilities of all its student athletes.
They have an attention grabbing team motto as well.
"We must be the Epitome, the embodiment of success. We must radiate success before it will come to us. We must first become mentally, from an attitude standpoint, the people we wish to become. Like no other respect all, fear none."
