2023 QB Malachi Nelson commits to the University of Oklahoma

Congrats are in order for 2023 QB Malachi Nelson, who announced his commitment to the University of Oklahoma over the weekend.

This announcement came after Nelson had narrowed his college choices down to Alabama, Florida State, LSU, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and USC.

The Los Alamitos Football star has long been known as one of the premier athletes in the 2023 class.

The Anaheim, CA native is a talent that has been on Youth1's and the national radar for some time. Nelson was named to both our Freshman450 and Sophomore Spotlight 200 lists.

Choosing to become an Oklahoma Sooner is a major move for Malachi Nelson, as he looks to make his mark on the collegiate ranks.

It will be a joy to see Nelson perform on the collegiate level as a Sooner.
