With Rankings Season swiftly approaching here at Youth1, we've decided to provide a sneak peek of what's to come. This year's ranked classes include the classes of 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
The 2027 class is brimming with elite talent, especially at the Quarterback position. Below are some of the elite QB prospects that will be featured on our upcoming Elite101 Rankings. For those unfamiliar, the Elite101 Rankings have been a valuable resource for pinpointing the nation's absolute best athletes entering their 8th grade season.
Here are some eye-popping 8th grade QBs who will be featured on our Elite101 Rankings.
Furian Inferrera - QB - Las Vegas, NV
Furian is perhaps one of the most complete youth QBs I've seen in my time covering youth football. His combination of size (he's already well over 6 feet tall!), arm strength, accuracy, and intangibles, is beyond impressive for his age.
He's racked up plenty of MVP awards at various camps and events. Inferrera has already received an offer from Pitt.
Check out my Monday Morning Quarterback interview with Furian below!
Noah Spinks - QB - Flower Mound, TX
What's not to like with Noah Spinks! The lefty passer is one of the more accurate QBs in the 2027 class. He can make every throw with ease and is known for his supreme work-ethic. He shines throwing the deep ball. Spinks is a young QB who's talent popped the first time I watched his film. One of my favorite talents in the 2027 class.

JR Harris - QB - Carrollton, GA
Harris has IT. You know IT when you see it. He can do it all for his team. He just makes plays. His mobility allows him to thrive when the play breaks down. He can make every throw you need from him. His comfort under pressure is remarkable.
Harris just has a knack for making the big play!
Kingston Rust - QB - South Kingstown, RI & Ocoee, FL
Rust has quickly ascended to the top of his class over the past year or so. He's an ultra-impressive QB prospect that is just scratching the surface of his potential. He throws a beautiful ball that is always accurate. He throws the ball very well on the move, and is deadly from the pocket.
Check out my Youth1 Spotlight Interview with Kingston below!
Landen Holley - QB - Tarpon Springs, FL
Holley was just born to play the Quarterback position. He looks the part and has the elite talent to go with it. Holley is already 6'1" and throws a beautiful ball. Give him any time in the pocket and he'll pick your defense apart. His arm strength and accuracy are among the best in the class.
Trent Seaborn - QB - Highlands Ranch, CO
Seaborn has been a hot name in youth football circles for years now. When I first saw Seaborn play he was a 4th or 5th grader, and you could already see the high-level potential he possessed.
He can make all the throws and plays with a confidence that helps elevate his teammates.
Check out my Monday Morning Quarterback interview with Trent below!
Trae Taylor - QB - Lake in the Hills, IL
Taylor is another QB that's been on the national scene for a few years now. His talent even as a 4th or 5th grader was very evident. Taylor's ability to make plays with both his athleticism and his arm is impressive. He's a very mobile QB that throws the ball well on the move. He throws a very accurate ball and has a quick release.
Taylor already has an offer from Maryland!

Christopher Miller - QB - Powder Springs, GA
With a nickname like Smooth, you've got to be an elite prospect! And Christopher Miller is that.
He is tall, has great arm strength, and throws the ball with accuracy. He's already built a reputation as the next great QB from Georgia.
Check out my Monday Morning Quarterback interview with Christopher below!
Kahden Davis - QB - Tinton Falls, NJ
Davis' arm talent is superb. Plain and simple, he can really spin it. He makes the toughest of throws look easy. He uses his mobility well to make something out of nothing when the play breaks down. He throws an impressive deep ball. Accuracy is a strength as well.
Davis has a chance to be New Jersey's next big thing!

Jackson Smith - QB - Gordon, OH
Smith is making a name for himself as one of the elite prospects in the 2027 class. Smith can just spin it. He makes throwing the ball look like a breeze. He has great size at 6'0" and just drops dime. His arm strength and accuracy are downright tantalizing.
Keep your eye on him going forward.
Check out my Monday Morning Quarterback interview with Jackson below!
Christopher Vargas - QB - Lawrence, MA
Vargas may be a bit under the radar for some... but he really shouldn't be! Vargas is a very talented young passer who throws the ball with accuracy. He shows great comfort in the pocket, and also throws the rock well on the move. Even when pressured, Vargas does an outstanding job of keeping his eyes downfield. I just love his confidence in his ability to make big plays, which he does often.

Stephen Gyermeh II - QB - Upper Marlboro, MD
This lefty throws a beautiful ball. Gyermeh is oozing with potential and is as diligent a worker as you'll find in the 2027 class. He's a real student of the game.
He's a rising star for the DMV area.

This sneak peek is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of the impressive talent that will be featured on our upcoming Elite101 Rankings featuring the 2027 class. The Elite101 will be released in the coming months.
