George Brown is one of the best players from the Orlando, FL area in the Class of 2024.
The 5-foot-9, 155-pound Brown, who attends Jones High School, is a dynamic player that works as an ATH.
Brown has earned plenty of recognition during his career, such as being selected for the FBU Central Florida team.
Brown is humbled by the accolade.
“I was picked out of a few, so it made me want to take advantage,” Brown said. “It was very fun to participate against people with the same skill level as me.”
No matter the opponent, every game Brown is determined to give it his all.
Brown is going all out.
The motor is always at full throttle whenever Brown steps between the lines.
“My mindset is to play my role to the best of my ability,” Brown said.
Brown has great passion and energy whenever he’s on the field. Brown tells why he enjoys the game of football so much.
“I just love the environment and the adrenaline rush,” Brown said.
Brown has learned many valuable lessons from playing football that he applies to his everyday life.
“Playing football has taught me to never give up no matter what,” Brown said.
Brown shares his favorite football memory.
“My favorite memory is my first time scoring,” Brown said. “It was an exciting moment and I would like to keep doing it.”
Brown takes his role as one of the leaders on the team very seriously. Brown makes sure he’s a daily positive influence on his peers.
“I demonstrate being a good teammate by being vocal and keeping my teammates’ heads up,” Brown said. “The best advice I give to my teammates is to keep going hard.”
Brown is appreciative of having amazing male role models that are supportive.
“I’ve learned from my coaches that you have to be a coachable player,” Brown said. “The best advice I’ve gotten is keep grinding off the field and out of practice and it’ll show on the field.”
Brown patterns his mentality after this standout.
“I look up to Tyrann Matthieu because he faced adversity and never gave up,” Brown said.
Brown lists math as his favorite subject in school.
“I like to deal with numbers a lot,” Brown said.
Brown explains his collegiate aspirations.
“My dream college is the University of Florida because I went to the school for a camp and I loved the program,” Brown said.
Brown is striving for greatness in all that he does.
“My goal is to be a better person all around,” Brown said.
