Press release from Aces Nation
ACES Nation is proud to announce a partnership with the Richmond Braves Baseball Club located in Richmond, VA.
Tampa, Florida -- Over this past week the Richmond Braves signed a partnership with ACES Nation. The Richmond Braves are a baseball organization in the state of Virginia and are well known in the surrounding region. The club has had over 1,500 players go on to play for NCAA collegiate programs and have totaled over $4M in scholarships. The Braves have had over 100 MLB draftees, including the 2011 second overall pick, Danny Hultzen, as well as All-Star center fielder Jackie Bradley Jr.
The organization believes that constant motivation and competition bring out the best in a player by allowing the athlete to find his natural position. They believe the earlier a player discovers his natural position, the more time he has to master it and truly hone his talent and skillset.
The Braves place a focus on competitive play and preparing their players for collegiate baseball. Many Braves players are able to make immediate impacts on their respective programs as freshmen due to the intense and mature training environments they played in growing up.
In a short interview, Richmond Braves founder Jeff Roberts discussed this emphasis on competition and maturity; “Competition is really what it is all about… the tools we use through our organization as well as the ACES Nation Connect platform allows us to provide the foundation for our players to build the athleticism and subsequently the skills they need to succeed at the next level.”
The organization will be holding tryouts for their 13U-18U teams on September 29, October 24 and November 1. For additional details and contact information visit www.richmondbraves.org
