US Lacrosse Sanctions Ultimate Events and Sports Management

The US Lacrosse tournament sanctioning program represents an initiative to raise the quality of the youth tournament experience and publicize events that meet operational criteria developed by US Lacrosse and industry experts.

“We are thrilled to have our lacrosse tournaments sanctioned by US Lacrosse,” said Becky Wells, co-owner/director of Ultimate Events and Sports Management. “We strive to offer our participants the best possible experience, while playing in safe and optimal playing environments. Working with US Lacrosse in providing some the best-in-class tournaments is an exciting time for Ultimate Events and Sports.”

Sanctioned tournaments have been deemed by the sport’s national governing body to meet best-practice standards in five categories: venue, game format, risk management, tournament administration, and certified US Lacrosse officials.

“Our tournament sanctioning program helps to give parents, who foot the bill for their child’s participation, some peace of mind that a US Lacrosse Sanctioned Tournament meets certain standards for consistency and player safety,” said Kim Rogers, director of events at US Lacrosse. “We’re thrilled to have Ultimate Events and Sports Management join a growing list of event operators committed to providing a great youth lacrosse tournament experience.”
