Carney is one of the most impressive QBs in the country. He plays beyond his years. His arm talent is supreme, as he can make all the throws. He can drop the ball in perfectly on deep balls, and use the necessary touch to throw a perfect strike on intermediate routes. Carney shines when allowed time in the pocket to make reads and find the open receiver. He doesn't need much time to dice up the defense.
The sky is the limit for Carney, who is surely going to keep getting better and better.
