14U Fully Loaded is Victorious

(Youth1) – For the second consecutive USSSA tournament this fall, The Fully Loaded put forth a solid effort, winning five games and scoring a total of 33 runs.  The only difference between the TGSF Monster Mash of two weeks ago and the Hall O Swing tournament this past weekend, is that the Fully Loaded were crowned champions this time.

The Fully Loaded played an aggressive tournament from the opening pitch and didn’t look back, as they defeated the WCC Angels 7-2 before picking up their first two shutouts on the day over the Sliderz (10-0) and Oklahoma Knockouts 12-0.

The winning would continue as they dropped the Oklahoma Hotshots twice to put a stamp on the tournament title, defeating them 4-2 and 7-0 behind a great outing from Maria Preist in the championship game.

With the overwhelming majority of the team playing as first year 14U players, Full Loaded has played with the same passion that helped them to the USSSA 12UA Oklahoma state championship just a year ago.

The 2011 fall roster for the Full Loaded is made up of Caitlin Bingham, Makenna Burge, Sabrina Childers, Coren Davis, Crimson Davis, Aspen Grimes, Jacey James, Amanda Moreno, Tasia Nelson, Montana Price and Maria Priest.
