Packard is a big play Receiver that has soft hands to catch everything thrown his direction. His great route runner gives him an advantage over his opponent, as he knows how to find the soft spot in the defense. Once he gets the ball, his speed allows him to quickly find his way downfield. He shines catch passes across the middle. He's able to snag the ball out the air in traffic as well as get behind defense's on deep balls. Packard knows how to make plays with the ball in his hands.
