My passion for tennis started at age eight. I started playing in the USTA (both doubles and singles) at age ten where I was ranked in the Top 5 in the Inter-Mountain region. After competing in the USTA for many years, I decided to compete at the high school level; and in 2017 I was state semi-finalist, in 2018 state semi-finalist, and in 2019 I won the State Championship. I love tennis because it is a competitive solo sport where I am in control of all of the decisions I make on the court.
