Benton is relentless in pursuit of the ball. From the Defensive End position, he thrives at reading and reacting quickly to what the offense is doing. Once he makes his diagnoses, he makes a play on the ball often snuffing the play in the backfield. His ability to tackle is impressive, as he uses his strong arms to drag the ball carrier to the ground.
My DREAM/goal is to graduate at the top of my class academically and to be one of the top recruits in the land! I want to dominate the game. I want to make a college choice surrounded by family and friends. I want to let God lead the path of my life. My desire is to have a successful college football career like my dad, Phillip Benton and to graduate with honors like my Mother Tiffanie Benton. I plan to have success at the outside linbacker and defensive end positions, like my father. I hope to one day accomplish what he did and more!
