Grant shows excellent awareness in the pocket and gets the ball to his receivers quickly. He shows good accuracy on his throws, usually putting the ball right on the money to hit receivers in stride to keep racking up yardage after the catch. Grant has the arm strength to put the ball into tight windows, and drop the ball in on deep balls.
One area of real strength for Grant is making plays in the redzone. His ability to command the offense in the scoring zone is impressive. He makes plays on rollouts, with his remarkable ability to make throws on the move. If the play breaks down Grant will use his athleticism to make plays with his legs to get the first down.
