My Dream Goal I recently finished my sophmore season. In 2 years I want to be playing college football at a D1 university. I want to be known for being on top of it all: intelligent, strong quarterback, and a good person in general. My dream is the be selected to a High School All-American game and compete in the Elite 11.
My Individual Season Goal My goal for my Junior season is to lead Lincoln High School to a Washington state championship. Although I try not to make ranking a focus, it is my goal to be considered one of the best class of 2020 quarterbacks in the nation.
About me My name is Caden Filer, I am a c/o 2020 Quarterback at Lincoln High School in Tacoma, WA. I have been playing in the quarterback position since I was 8 years old. This past year I was selected as a PCL all league QB and named as Tacoma Weekly All-City QB.
From an early age I have learned that once you commit to something, you must see it through. I work hard to find commitments that I am interested in and fight until I have done my very best to meet and exceed the expectations I have set for myself. I train with my QB coach Taylor Barton multiple times a week both on the field and in the classroom as part of QB Alliance. In addition to the 5 days a week I work out with my Lincoln HS teammates I also train at FSP (Ford Sports Performance) 3 days a week to improve my strength and speed.
This off season I decided to play 7v7 primarily with my Lincoln teammates with the Tacoma Attack. We recently finished in the top 8 Pylon 7v7 National Championships in Las Vegas.
When I am not in school or playing sports I am traveling with my family. I have traveled to 5 continents, 24 countries, and visited all seven new wonders of the world. My goal is to travel to all seven continents and continue to see the world.
