Lassiter is dynamic with the ball in his hands. He doesn't need perfect blocking to make a play. He shines most when he's making something out of nothing. With the ball in his hands he's a big play waiting to happen. He's fast, shifty, explosive, and runs with real vigor. Once he gets a head of steam, he's a nightmare to bring to the ground. He rarely goes down by the first tacklers. He keeps his legs moving and knows how to evade defenders in open space. Simply put, he's a playmaking running back.
