Pylon 7on7 Football National Championship Series continues this weekend in Las Vegas

Pylon 7on7 Football is the premier 7 v 7 league in the nation, and their 2019 Pylon National Championship Series, presented by Battle, kicked off earlier this year in Seattle on January 19th.

Their most recent event was held on February 16-17 in Chicago. Pylon's next event of 2019 will be held this weekend February 23-24 in Las Vegas.

The organization has completed successful events in Seattle, Orlando, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Jacksonville and Chicago thus far.

"Over the past decade, Pylon has seen over 1,600 athletes go on to play college football at the Division I level with over 170 players continuing on the NFL," says the organization's website.

Pylon alumni that are now NFL athletes include Josh Rosen, Derwin James, DJ Moore, and Lamar Jackson, to name a few.

"The sport of 7 on 7 Football is rapidly growing, as more and more coaches, players, and parents are discovering that 7 on 7 football is a fun, safe, and an inexpensive way for football players to showcase their abilities in front of college recruiting media while developing their position-specific skill set," the organization's website says.

"This platform allowed New York Giants star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to show off his one-handed catches on a national stage for the first time, as an under-recruited prospect and Minnesota Vikings quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater, to lead his team to the 2010 Pylon National Championship hosted at the University of Alabama. The Pylon platform is rivaled by none!"

The remaining events in the 2019 Pylon National Championship Series includes stops in Las Vegas (Feb 23-24), Atlanta (March 16-17) and Indianapolis (March 30-31).

Registration for these events is currently open, so feel free to head over to their website and sign up.
