The 2018 Ricardo Allen Day is set for February 24th

Coming up on February 24th is a free football clinic called Ricardo Allen Day hosted by Atlanta Falcon's Safety Ricardo Allen. The 2018 Ricardo Allen Day will be held at the Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, FL.

"This event is for all offensive, defensive, and special teams positions (current 8th-12th graders ONLY). Ricardo Allen, safety for the Atlanta Falcons, current and former NFL and NCAA football players, and some of the best high school football coaches in the nation will serve as staff to ensure everyone leaves a day better," the event website says.

"The Ricardo Allen Camp includes 2 practices, lunch in between, and a camp T Shirt, all FREE of charge. Due to the overwhelming number of registrants, the event will be capped at 250 participants. Once the cap is reached, online registration for the event will be closed."

This event is sure to be one of the winter's best football events. Ricardo Allen is known for his high quality of character and his dedication to giving back. This event is sure to be a representation of who he is and his love of football.

“Ricardo Allen is a incredible human being who happens to be an exceptional football player. He is in the position he is today because of his work ethic and attitude. At this clinic, participants will learn a lot about football, but they will learn just as much about what it takes to be successful off the field," Camp Organizer Dan Lundy said.

Registration for the 2018 Ricardo Allen Day is open at www.allenasherweekend.com.
