Last weekend in Anaheim, California 250 of the best young ballers in the nation gathered to compete at the 2016 EBC West Camp. Over the years the camp has attracted big time talent including the likes of Shemar Morrow, Kyree Walker, Sky Clark, Paris Dawson and Bryce Monroe. This year proved to be much of the same with an abundance of talent ranging from 4th grade all the way up to 8th grade.
The athletes started their days out with some drills that helped sharpen their shooting, dribbling and defensive skill set. They then move on to test their physical abilities with some plyometric training including a standing vertical jump, broad jump and exercises of that sort. The weekend wrapped up with competitive 5 on 5 games and an all-star game to showcase the best performers of the weekend.
