My Dream Goal
My dream goal is to find a college lacrosse program that utilizes my strengths and assists in developing areas that need refinement. Being able to find a college that strikes a balance between education, athletics, and personal time is important to fulfilling my dream of becoming a successful scholar athlete in college.
My Individual Season Goal
My individual season goals include several areas of continued development on and off the field. Personal fitness, refining my shot, weight lifting, and endurance are off-season activities that will facilitate achieving my end goals. Connecting with coaches and fellow players are key components to achieving success during the season. I will strive to increase statistics in assists, ground balls, caused turnovers, and goals. Being a complete midfield player, offensively and defensively, is my ultimate goal in the upcoming season.
Setting goals is an integral part to achieving success in my academic and athletic pursuits. Devising strategies to monitor and advance these goals are crucial to my development as a life-long learner on and off the field. I utilize the expertise of my teachers, coaches, trainers, and family to guide my journey. Playing lacrosse presents me with opportunities to evolve on a personal level and as a team player. Collaborating with team members from various organizations provides me with invaluable learning opportunities. Uniting team goals, while holding myself personally accountable for my own part, is important to my success as a leader. I find that personal training in acceleration, speed, and agility are crucial to my progress. Additionally, weight training, indoor competitive leagues, summer travel teams, and my high school lacrosse program are all essential components in achieving my dreams to play college lacrosse. I am confident that my consistent work and determination will serve me in my pursuit to become an academic and athletic force in college.
