Brighton Wrestling Club Stars at CO Youth-All State

(Youth1 Wrestling) - This past weekend saw a jam packed weekend of youth wrestling throughout the state of Colorado as two state championship events, as well as a handful of local events, took place. The 2013 Colorado Youth All-State Wrestling Championships took place at the Budweiser Event Center in Loveland, CO.

The event, which saw well over 500 wrestlers from across the state compete, featured strong competition in a number of different weight classes. Most notably the competition in the 91-pound, 105-pound, 119-pound and 152-pounds had the crowd buzzing.

Taking home top honors with the most team points in the 15U age group was Brighton Wrestling Club who outlasted 2nd place finisher Elite Wrestling and third place finisher Thompson Valley Wrestling Club.

Here is a look at how the 15U age groups finished out.

77- Pounds
