13U-D3 Platinum – Texas Raiders
The Texas Raiders became the champions of the Platinum – Division 3 after a 9-5 victory over the North Texas Razorbacks in the final game.
Texas came away with a close 6-5 triumph against the Scots 2018 Gold in the semifinals and an 18-12 final against the Oak Cliff Longhorns.
The Raiders finished 1-1 in the tournament and the offense produced 25 runs through the two games.
13U-D3 Gold – Paris Pride – Chapman
The Paris Pride – Chapman saw an offensive power surge in the championship game, as they powered their way to a 14-3 victory over the Keller Indians.
You can credit the boys on the mound, as the Paris Pride blanked the Scots 2018 Blue, 2- 0, in the semifinal match and stopped the Dallas Patriots-Borowics, 8-2, in round one.
It was a great turnaround for the Pride after going 1-1 in pool play.
12U-D1 –Championship Bracket - Texas Elite
It came down to an intense final match, but at the end one had to win it. The Texas Elite pulled away with a 14-12 victory against Canes Baseball in the championship game in Division 1.
The semifinals match did not wind up as close of a finish, as the Elite put a stopper to the Bomb Squad, 17-4. Texas also defeated the Academy Select Sun Devils – Blass, 14-10,
and the D-Bat Elite, 6-5, in the first two rounds of the playoffs.
In pool play, the Elite pitchers produced a 2.00 ERA and scored 7 runs on average. They went a perfect 6-0 in the tournament.
12U-D1 Gold – Futures – Capps
Winning the gold for Division 1 was the Futures-Capps, after their offense carried them to a 13-8 victory over the Texas Bulls.
The Futures-Capps held off the Frisco Riders, 5-4, in the semifinals, after their pitching led them to a 4-1 win against the TCR Bobcats-Phillips in round one of the playoff
bracket.
12U-D1 – Silver – North Texas Fury Elite
It was a nifty finish for the silver award, but after the final out was recorded, it was the North Texas Fury Elite who captured an 8-7 victory over the Airhogs in the championship game.
The Elite exploded with a 17-7 triumph against the HVA Storm – Lowry in the semifinals. After a poor 0-2 performance in the pool and scoring just 5 runs, the Fury
Elite made a quick turnaround.
12U-D2 Platinum – NTX Rangers
The NTX Rangers came out holding the Platinum award after a defeat of the Coppell Kings, 11-9, in the championship game.
The Rangers secured a close 9-8 victory in the semifinals against the Airhogs Black. They captured the first two rounds of the playoffs with a 4-2 win against the Waxahachie
Chiefs and a 12-7 win against the Dallas Tigers – Hale in game two. NTX went 2-0 in the tournament. The offense scored 9 runs on average while the pitching surrendered only 2.5 runs per game.
12U-D2 Gold – Baseball Nation As-Rojas
The Baseball Nation As-Rojas captured the gold for Division 1 with a 6-3 victory against the Texas Twisters in the championship game.
The offense played an enormous role in a 10-1 victory against the Heroes-Walker in the semifinal and an 18-1 explosive finish versus the Dallas Cubs in round one of the
playoffs. Baseball Nation looked like a different team in the playoffs after a rough pool play showing.
12U-D2 Silver – Pride
The 12U squad prided themselves on their offense and it paid off in the end. The Pride claimed the silver title with an 11-3 victory over the Dallas Tigers-South/Hood in the
championship series.
Quality pitching boosted the team to a 5-3 victory against the Keller Crush – Black in the semifinals and a 3-0 shutout of the MBB Sluggers in the firs round of the playoffs. The
Pride turned things around after a mediocre pool play.
12U-D2 Bronze - Academy Select Sun Devils - Powell
The Academy Select Sun Devils put forth a heavy offensive display, as they defeated the Dallas Patriots – Isom, 11-1, in the championship game.
The Sun Devils blew out the Dallas Mustangs White, 16-1, in the semifinals and earned a bye week. After a rough 0-2 outing in the pool, Academy Select bounced back with the hot bats and lights-out pitching.
12U-D3 Platinum – NTX Young Guns
Coming away as champions of the Platinum Division were the NTX Young Guns, as they outmatched the Nokona Cowboys, 11-5, to seal the victory.
The Young Guns defeated the Texas Sports-Walker, 15-2, in the semifinals and the Pro Source Athletics, 11-1, in the round before. The NTX Young Guns were winners of both
games during their pool play and amassed 34 runs while surrendering a mere 1.
12U-D3 Gold – Sherman Storm
Capturing the gold for Division 3 was none other than the Sherman Storm with a 10-6 victory over the Dallas Titans.
The surge of their bats carried the squad through the championship brackets, as they defeated the Mansfield Bulldogs, 12-3, in the semifinals. They were winners over the
Pro-Source Athletics, 14-5, and the Dallas Stars-Lutz, 12-3, in the first two rounds.
After a 0-2 pool-play performance, the bats came alive in the playoffs.
11U-D1 Platinum – Waco Storm Nationals
The Waco Storm Nationals put an end to their Division 1 Platinum, after they defeated the Heroes Baseball, 10-1 in the championship game.
Their talented pitching secured the semifinals with a close 2-1 victory against the Frozen Ropes-Marrow and a 1-0 triumph over the North Texas Longhorns-Hernandez in the
game before.
The Nationals attributed to a 2.50 ERA in pool play and led Waco to a 6-0 finish in the series.
11U-D1 Gold – Oklahoma Prospects
The Oklahoma squad lived up to their name, as they came away with a 15-6 win over the D-Bat Elite West-Bush in the championship game.
The Prospects were big winners over the Dallas Patriots-Brinkman, 9-6, in the semifinals. Their boys on the mound were the heroes in their 4-2 win against the Colleyville Cougars and 6-3 victory over the THA Stix in the first two rounds of the pool. It was a great rebound after a 0-2 finish in the pool.
11U-D2 Platinum – North Texas Longhorns – Boddie
It was a solid finish in the final match, as the North Texas Longhorns – Boddie came out with a 6-5 triumph against the Ambush.
The Longhorns defeated the Dallas Diabloz, 8-5, in the semifinals. North Texas achieved a 6-2 victory against the Frisco Riders and a 7-1 win over the Academy Select Sun Devils in the first rounds. They went 2-0 in pool play with their offense averaging 20 runs per game. They limited opposing bats to 2.5 on average.
11U-D2 Gold – Fort Worth Greys
The boys of Fort Worth put together a 12-2 victory over the TC Patriots – Red in the championship game to claim gold in the division.
Celebrations in the final game came shortly after the Greys resilience brought them to a 12-10 win against the Texas Vipers in the semifinals and a 10-8 triumph over the
Diamond Champs in the match before. After a 1-1 start in pool play, the Greys went on to win all four of their rounds in the playoffs.
11U-D2 Silver – Team Citius – Lopez
Team Citius-Lopez became the champions in the Silver Division after an 8-5 defeat of the LC Bandits Holbert in the closing game.
Their offense blazed the trail in a 14-1 victory over the Texas Regulators-Hardin in the semifinals and a 15-0 blanker over the Dallas Patriots-LaCourse in the first round. Team
Citius looked like a different group of boys after a slow 0-2 pool-play performance.
11U-D3 Platinum - Texas Crush Orange
The Texas Crush Orange put the crush in the final game, as they defeated the NTX Heat, 14-6, in the championship game.
The squad secured a 13-9 semi-final victory over the NTX Angels and an 8-5 win against the Heroes Hinds before that. The champions from Frisco went 2-0 in the pool and their dominant pitching allowed only 3 runs in the series.
11U-D3 Gold - Westside Baseball Club
Persistence was key in Westside Baseball Club’s 5-4 victory against the North Texas Longhorns – Zastoupil in the championship game.
The Baseball Club toppled the Allen Wranglers, 10-5, in the semifinals and the Allen Legends, 10-1, in the previous match. The 11U squad finished 3-0 after two losses in the
pool brackets.
10U-D1 Championship – Dallas Tigers South Autrey
The Dallas Tigers South Autrey came up with a big 11-3 victory against the Dallas Texans in the final round.
The ferocious 10U squad put out the HVA Storm/Lanz, 8-3, in the semifinal game. Pitching was a catalyst during the playoffs, as they shutout the Team Citius-Nortex, 7-0,
and stopped the Texas Jammers, 6-1, in the first two rounds. The Tigers went 2-0 in the pool and averaged 11.5 runs per game.
10U-D2 Platinum – Keller Knights
The potent offense of the Keller Knights finalized an 11-2 victory over the NTX Eagles in the championship game for Division 2.
The Knights defeated the Frozen Ropes-Anderson, 13-6, in the semifinals and blanked the Colleyville Panthers, 7-0, in the previous round. The Knights scored 13 runs per game while posting a 1.50 ERA and finished 2-0 in pool play.
10U-D2 Gold – THA Stix
In an offensive extravaganza, the THA Stix toppled the Lake City Bandits, 12-9, in the final game to capture the gold title.
The Stix previously knocked off Monster Baseball, 9-1, in the semis and their talented arms posted a 9-0 shutout over the Arlington Heat-Ferrell and an 11-0 sweep of the D-
Bat Wheeler in the first two rounds of the playoffs.
10U-D2 Silver – NTXBC Yard Dawgs-Martin
It was the NTXBC Yard Dawgs-Martin who came away with a 6-4 finish over the Frisco Dodgers in the championship game.
Quality pitching was the team’s largest asset, as they blanked the Cardinals, 10-0, in the semifinal game and led the squad to a 7-1 victory over the DBA Stars in the match
before. The 10U Dawgs turned the tide after a dismal 0-2 pool play.
10U-D3 Platinum – Frisco Riders Red
Their competition put up a match, but the Frisco Riders Red still emerged with a trophy in hand after a 4-2 win against the Ellis County Texas Titans in the championship game.
The stellar pitching accomplished a shutout against the Texas Triple Crown Heat in the semifinals. The Riders Red also defeated Stix Baseball, 11-4, and the Texas Edge Red,
4-3, in the first couple of rounds. Frisco completed a 2-0 finish in pool play and their offense produced 14 runs per game.
10U-D3 Gold – Keller Aces
The Keller Aces won the gold title after a 13-7 victory over the D-Bat Griffin in the final round of the contest.
The Aces had a great offensive performance with an 11-3 win against the Elite Baseball Club-Murray in the semifinals. They defeated the Scots 2021 Gold, 11-2, and the Plano
Phoenix, 13-8, in the first few rounds of the playoffs.
9U-D1 Championship – Powerhouse Baseball
The 9U squad featured some power in their lineup, as Powerhouse Baseball secured the title with an 8-5 victory against the Dallas Patriots-Pittman in the championship game.
Powerhouse Baseball defeated the Xtreme Guns, 16-2, in the semifinals and a 13-2 win over the Texas Rattlers – Stanke in the game before. The Powerhouse 9U went 2-
0 during pool play and scored 17.5 runs per game. The pitching only allowed 3.5 on average.
9U-D2 Championship – Texas Stix Black
Coming away with the championship win for the 9U Division 2 was the Texas Stix Black, as they outlasted the Frisco Riders Black, 12-9, to claim the title.
The squad played through some tough competition, as they defeated the Academy Select Sun Devils – Rooker, 9-6, in the semifinals and the Dallas Tigers-Tyrone, 7-5, in the
game before. Texas cranked up their performance after a 1-1 finish in pool play.
9U-D3 Platinum – Lamar Baseball Club
The Lamar Baseball Club showed their consistency to produce at the plate, as they defeated the Saginaw Texas, 15-5, in the championship.
The 9U band secured the semifinals with a 14-4 toppling of the Frisco Riders Red- Albrecht and the Dallas Redhawks, 12-6, in the previous round. The Lamar Baseball
Club scored 31 runs throughout pool play and the squad finished 2-0.
9U-D3 Gold – NTX Young Guns
An intense championship came down to the final out and standing victorious were the NTX Young Guns, as they emerged with a 12-11 final over the Mansfield Venom.
The Young Guns sustained a 7-4 victory against the KYA Chargers in the semifinals and an 11-1 triumph over the Heroes in the first round. Despite a 1-1 pool play record, the
only thing that mattered was the gold at the end.
